WHO WE ARE
Hi, I’m Serge Vilmar, and I am the founder of Vilmar Creative, a creative studio helping couples in the area from Atlanta to Athens capture their special day and remember it for a lifetime! My wife Delanie and I work hand-in-hand to offer couples an experience backed by a deep understanding of their needs and strong creative skills.
My wife and I have a great deal of combined experience in the arts. Since I was in elementary school, I excelled in arts programs. I was accepted into the Fine Arts Academy at Heritage High School, where I majored in digital media arts, won awards, and produced works that were featured throughout my county. After graduating, a friend gifted me a camera, and I quickly started taking portraits, providing event coverage, and ultimately photographing luxury real estate, producing photo and video for multi-million-dollar homes.
My goal now is to take this experience and high-level attention to detail and use it to serve couples from Atlanta to Athens and help them remember and cherish the best days of their lives.

We don’t just take photos; we seek to provide an experience that gives you certainty. You can trust that we’ll support the joy of your day through our core commitments:
1. Communication & Clarity
We don’t ever want you to fear that you’ve made a significant investment to be ghosted, treated as another slot on the calendar, or have no idea when you’ll receive your photos or film. Our commitment is to respond with 48 business hours, provide at least 3 scheduled check-ins prior to your day, and keep you informed during the delivery process.
2. Never Miss A Moment.
We’re human, and mistakes may happen. But we strive to never miss a moment with an intent to understand and follow the timeline, redundancy in all of our professional equipment, and creative focus to capture every detail.
3. Support and Direction
Our brides and coordinators we’ve worked with have trusted in us to handle challenges that may arise during a wedding day. As we spread joy, we work diligently to be a strong support to the flow of your day to ensure that it goes how you’ve dreamt for it to go. You won’t have to worry either about looking or feeling awkward in your photos. We’ll give directions to capture your unique story best!
4. Capturing Your True Story
We focus on capturing and telling your unique story instead of templating galleries and films that don’t feel like you. We don’t believe in fabricating important moments with AI. We take inspiration from trends, but we will never pursue them over what is actually true to you.

OUR Process
Clarity is kindness! Here’s what our process is like:
1. Let’s TALK
Complete our inquiry form to share the special moments you'd like us to capture and your ideal timeline. We'll respond within 48 hours to answer your questions schedule a call. You can access the form here.
2. CAPTURE
Once you decide to book, we'll send over a contract and invoice to secure your day. We’ll have scheduled consultations to craft a capture plan for your day. When your day arrives, we’ll deliver an experience that helps you to focus on your special day, giving you the certainty that moments are captured intentionally and authentically.
3. Delivery
We'll professionally edit your photos and have them ready for you within 2 weeks. You’ll also gain guidance for print options and will receive your curated heirloom photo book within the months following your wedding.
