Terms and Conditions for Vilmar Creative

Welcome to Vilmar Creative, a service of Vilmar Creative LLC. By accessing or using our website, www.vilmarcreative.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Vilmar Creative is a photography and film studio operated by Vilmar Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site to:

4. Photography and Film Services

- The Site provides information about the photography and film services offered by Vilmar Creative LLC for brands and couples.

- All services are subject to availability. A date or project is reserved only after a signed client agreement and the required retainer have been received.

- Pricing may be listed on the Site or provided upon request. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; pricing changes do not affect services already confirmed under a signed client agreement.

- Each booking is governed by its own client agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

- Wedding and personal clients receive images and films for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Brand and commercial clients receive usage rights as defined in their client agreement. Any use beyond those rights requires our written consent.

5. User Content

By uploading or submitting any content (including but not limited to images, photos, videos, and reviews) to the Site, you grant Vilmar Creative LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Site or for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Payment Terms

- Payment for services is due as outlined in your client agreement and booking process.

- Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other payment processors offered at booking.

- Except as stated in your client agreement, all payments are non-refundable.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.vilmarcreative.com/privacy-policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Links

- Your use of and access to the Site.

- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rockdale County, Georgia for the resolution of any disputes.
